If I can help one person feel less alone, my soul is satisfied.

I believe art and expression are medicine.
Connection and movement help us come back into our bodies and build resilience.
Self-awareness and curiosity can open the door to real transformation.

I take a multi-modality approach to this work, creating space for healing that is layered, embodied, and rooted in relationship. I believe deeply in accessible care, in the power of peer support, and in meeting people as humans first—always.

“Midway upon the journey of our life I found myself within a forest dark, for the straightforward path had been lost.” Inferno, Canto I

Some of my "why"

Walking alongside people in their darkest and most vulnerable seasons has been humbling. I’ve witnessed transformation, life-changing recovery, and families and loved ones finding their way back to each other.

With over a decade of professional and lived experience, my background is grounded in the Psychology of Addiction and Family Systems work. I am an Addiction Therapist and Recovery Coach. I specialize in addiction and trauma recovery, family systems and couples counseling. Healing is relational. It cannot be done in isolation. I support individuals, couples, and families in rebuilding safety, trust, and connection within themselves and their relationships.

I’ve worked within the systems meant to help—and I’ve also lived the reality of being failed by them. I’ve seen what supports healing, and I’ve felt the gaps that leave people behind. That truth informs the work I do every day.

My own journey has shaped how I show up. I learned to rely on myself at an early age. I turned to books, writing, and nature to hold truths I didn’t yet have words for. Over the years, I came to understand both connection and escape in more complex ways, giving me deep respect for the resilience people carry, even in their hardest moments. Accessibility is foundational in my work.

My mission is simple: healing and integrative wellness should be accessible to everyone. Everyone deserves to be seen as a human first. Through flexible services, community-supported care, and trauma-informed approaches, I help people reclaim their strength, restore their dignity, and reconnect with their self-worth.

This journey is not about redemption—it is about revival: the return to self and the relentless pursuit of joy.
